Role Purpose
 
Wolfi’s is building a talent pool of enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Specialists. The Sales Specialists will be responsible for driving sales in our fast-paced bicycle stores located in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cycling, a deep understanding of the bicycle industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, a hospitality mindset and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
 
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, advantages and benefits.
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements for the Role
  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, ideally in the bicycle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bicycles and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
