Role Purpose
The E-Commerce Support role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, accurate, and customer-focused online shopping experience on Wolfis.ae. This includes supporting order processing, updating product information, assisting with online customer queries, and coordinating with warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and a smooth user journey.
Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfilment

Process daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse/retail for packing and dispatch

Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate with customers on updates or delays

Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related queries in line with company policies
Product Listings & Website Updates

Assist in uploading and updating product information (descriptions, specs, images, pricing)

Ensure product categories, filters, and tags are correct and up to date
Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with the warehouse, retail, and courier teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and accurate inventory

Provide feedback and insights to improve website user experience and operations
Reporting & System Updates

Support with tracking daily/weekly/monthly online sales and performance metrics

Monitor stock levels for online only products and suggest replenishment when needed

Assist with testing and launching new features or tools on the e-commerce platform
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in an e-commerce, retail, or customer service role preferred

Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and product information

Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)

Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

Tech-savvy, organised, and eager to learn new systems

Basic knowledge of Excel and/or order management systems
