Social Media Marketing Specialist - WOLFI'S

Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and execute a 360 degree content planning and execution strategy across Wolfi’s Group, Wolfi’s Racing Team, Dubai Roadsters, and to support Wolfi’s Cycling Academy. This role will play a key part in driving brand awareness and organic lead generation by creating engaging, platform specific content that aligns with our brand identity and community driven values.
 
Responsibilites
Organic Social Media Content Creation
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar tailored to each platform.
  • Write compelling copy and design diverse content assets in line with platform trends and audience interests.
Content Scheduling and Platform Management
  • Schedule content using relevant tools to ensure timely posting and consistency.
Tone of Voice and Brand Consistency
  • Define and uphold a consistent tone of voice and visual identity for each brand and platform.
Content Schedule Framework
  • Create a structured content framework (e.g. 20% community, 10% product, 35% local area content) with daily, weekly, and monthly templates.
Creative Templates Development
  • Design reusable templates for regular content themes like product highlights and event announcements.
Community Engagement
  • Engage with audiences through comments, messages, polls, and events in collaboration with the Online Communication team.
Brand Ambassador Coordination
  • Identify and collaborate with internal and external brand ambassadors to enhance content variety and reach.
Event and Engagement Coverage
  • Provide on-the-ground social media coverage for races, events, and in-store moments.
Growth and Engagement Strategies
  • Research platform algorithms to optimize organic growth, engagement, and reach.
Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
Content and Campaign Idea Pool
  • Build and manage an ongoing repository of innovative content and campaign ideas.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Prepare monthly and campaign-specific reports to evaluate performance and refine strategies.
Collaboration with Teams
  • Work closely with Marketing, IT, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, and Online Communications to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Gather feedback, participate in campaign planning, support team training, and join regular performance review meetings.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be beneficial. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media for consumer focused brands.
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and community engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and scheduling tools
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with video content creation is a plus.
