Role Purpose 
 
Wolfi’s is building a talent pool of enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Specialists. As a Sales Specialist at Wolfi’s, you represent the brand by delivering expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service. You create engaging in-store experiences by understanding customer needs, guiding product selection, and providing after-sales support to every rider.  

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Stay up to date with product features, advantages, and benefits.
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements for the Role
  • Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role, ideally in the bicycle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bicycles and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Lead an active lifestyle.
