Role Purpose
As a Sales & Rentals Specialist at Wolfi’s, you are a key brand ambassador responsible for delivering an exceptional retail and rental experience to every customer. You play a pivotal role in connecting riders with the right bikes, gear, and accessories while ensuring our rental fleet operates at the highest standard. Combining expert product knowledge, a passion for cycling, and strong sales skills, you will drive both sales and rental performance while upholding Wolfi’s reputation for excellence and service.
Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Sales Delivery
• Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and recommending products that best suit their cycling goals.
• Deliver tailored advice and expert guidance across bikes, apparel, and accessories.
• Drive personal and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Support customers through the full sales process including fittings, bike handovers, and add-ons.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, follow-up, and exceptional service.
Rental Operations
• Manage the full rental process, including check-in/out, payment handling, and documentation.
• Ensure rental bikes and equipment are maintained in excellent condition through regular inspection and servicing.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate rental records, schedules, and reports to ensure fleet readiness and availability.
• Educate customers on proper bike usage and safe cycling practices.
Product & Technical Knowledge
• Maintain a deep understanding of Wolfi’s product range across bikes, components, gear, and technology.
• Stay current on product launches, cycling innovations, and market trends.
• Confidently respond to technical inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Provide feedback to the purchasing team regarding bestsellers, customer preferences, and potential new lines.
Visual Merchandising & Stock Management
• Ensure merchandise and rental displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Support restocking, tagging, and layout execution.
• Monitor inventory levels for rental accessories and consumables, flagging supply needs proactively.
• Assist with regular stock counts and reporting.
Team & Culture Contribution
• Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing product knowledge and supporting peers.
• Participate in product and service training, team rides, and in-store activations.
• Uphold Wolfi’s brand values in every customer and team interaction.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or rental operations; cycling or sports industry background preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Customer-centric mindset with proven sales ability.
• Ethical, respectful, and culturally sensitive in all interactions.
• Active lifestyle and enthusiasm for cycling or outdoor sports.
