Role Purpose
As a UAE National team member at Wolfi’s, you are an essential ambassador of our brand and culture. You will contribute to building exceptional experiences for our customers, partners, and community across various departments, including Shared Services, Retail, Wholesale, Events, and the Education.
Whether supporting operations, delivering customer-facing services, or contributing to strategic initiatives, your role will help inspire and empower the cycling community throughout the UAE.
Business Units within Wolfi’s Group.
Depending on your placement and interests, you may contribute within one of the below business units.
Shared Services (Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Business Optimization, I.T. or Projects)
- Assist in administrative, operational, or project-based tasks.
- Help streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Wolfi’s (Retail, Rentals & Workshop)
- Support retail operations and customer service.
- Assist with product information, in-store experiences, and after-sales coordination.
- Contribute to workshop and service operations where relevant.
Wolfi’s Sport Trading (Wholesale - Distribution)
- Assist in order processing, client coordination, and logistics support.
- Help maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.
Gulf Multi Sport (Sports Events)
- Support planning, logistics, and onsite execution of sports events.
- Assist with participant experience, registration, and event coordination.
Wolfi’s Cycling Academy (Cycling Education)
- Contribute to training sessions, youth programs, and skill-development activities.
- Support administrative or instructional tasks under guidance.
Team & Culture Contribution
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Participate in training, team initiatives, and community activities.
- Actively live the Wolfi’s culture of excellence, passion, and integrity.
Requirements
- UAE National (holding a Family Book) with an interest in building a career within the sports, retail, events, cycling academies or business operations sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, eager to learn mindset with openness to new challenges.
- Passion for cycling, sports, community development, or wellness is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is an asset across many departments.
