Role Purpose
To oversee the daily operations and performance of Wolfi’s Rentals Facility, ensuring customers experience exceptional service and seamless rental processes. This role is responsible for managing a team, maintaining fleet readiness, optimizing sales and rental performance, and ensuring operational excellence in line with Wolfi’s brand standards. The Branch in Charge will act as the key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver a world-class cycling experience and contribute to the business’s continued growth.
 
Responsibilities
·       Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the rentals facility, ensuring efficient service delivery and outstanding customer experience.
·       Supervise the rentals team, providing guidance, scheduling, and performance feedback.
·       Manage and maintain the rental bike fleet, ensuring all equipment is serviced, safe, and presented to Wolfi’s standards.
·       Oversee customer interactions, bookings, payments, and returns through effective use of systems and processes.
·       Drive rental and retail sales targets through proactive customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
·       Coordinate logistics for events, group rentals, and partnerships, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
·       Monitor and manage inventory levels for bikes, accessories, and spare parts, coordinating with the workshop and stock teams.
·       Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, insurance policies, and brand SOPs.
·       Track key performance metrics including revenue, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
·       Support promotional campaigns and partnerships that enhance the visibility and profitability of the rentals business.
·       Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
 
Requirements
·       3–5 years of experience in retail, operations, or rentals management, ideally within the cycling, sports, or leisure industry.
·       Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
·       Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
·       Technical understanding of bikes, components, and maintenance standards preferred.
·       Proficiency in operational and point-of-sale systems.
·       Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
·       Passion for cycling, wellbeing, and delivering premium customer experiences.
