Role Purpose
As Store Keeper, you play a critical role in the smooth day to day operation of our retail environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate handling, organization, and movement of stock from receiving inbound shipments to preparing customer orders for collection or delivery. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence, you’ll help maintain inventory integrity and support an efficient, customer-focused store experience.
Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Stock Handling
• Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments in line with purchase orders.
• Organize and label stock for accurate shelf placement and tracking.
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle checks, and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of bicycles, accessories, and apparel.
Order Fulfillment & Store Support
• Prepare customer and shop orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the sales and workshop teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Support floor replenishment and ensure stock is always accessible and ready.
Housekeeping & Store Standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back of house and stockroom environment.
• Optimize warehouse space for efficiency and safety.
• Follow all health and safety standards and best practices.
System & Documentation Accuracy
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded in the system.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for shipments, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Assist with stock related reporting and audits as required.
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics role.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and basic MS Excel functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move stock safely and efficiently.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A valid UAE drivers license would be an advantage.
