Role Purpose 
 
As an Apparel Sales Specialist at Wolfi’s, you represent the brand by delivering expert product 
knowledge and exceptional customer service. You create engaging in-store experiences by 
understanding customer needs, guiding product selection, and providing after-sales support to 
every rider.  
 
Responsibilities 
 
Customer Experience & Sales Delivery 
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing tailored advice and expert guidance.
• Drive personal and store sales targets through deep product knowledge and consultative selling.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through trust, follow-up, and service excellence.
• Lead customers through the full sales process. 
  
Product & Technical Knowledge 
• Maintain strong expertise in the full product range of apparel and accessories.
• Stay informed about product updates, trends, and cycling innovations.
• Confidently handle technical customer inquiries and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. 
  
Visual Merchandising & Stock Management 
• Ensure optimal presentation of merchandise and displays.
• Support restocking, tagging, and layout execution in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock checks and proactively flag low inventory or customer requests. 
  
Team & Culture Contribution 
• Support team members, share knowledge, and maintain a positive working environment.
• Participate in product training, team rides, and store initiatives.
• Represent the Wolfi’s brand with professionalism and passion in all customer and team 
interactions. 
  
 
Requirements 
 
• 3–4 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, ideally in cycling, sports, or lifestyle 
retail.
• Deep passion for cycling and a genuine interest in the cycling community.
• Strong sales acumen and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, Russian, and other languages is a plus.
