Human Resources Assistant - Zeoof Group

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for candidates with some practical experience who are eager to develop their HR career in a professional and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will assist with HR tasks accurately and confidentially while learning and growing within the team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files in line with company policies.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative HR tasks, providing support across various HR initiatives.
  • Use HR software and tools to maintain accurate data and support HR processes.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience in cooperative training programs and the Mowama Program strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in HR software platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
